Overview
The State of Minnesota Construction Codes and Licensing Division's MN State Building Code Jurisdiction Directory lists the City of Lake St. Croix Beach, MN as having adopted MN State Building Codes. See here for more information.
There are no building code ordinances available online. Per discussion with a PLRB staff member on December 12, 2019, the Building Official for the City of Lake St. Croix Beach, MN confirmed that his department enforces the current 2015 MN State Building Codes.
